How To Prepare
The Traditional Indian Way - Mix 1 fully heaped tablespoon of Masala Chai, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. At any point during the boiling process, you may add your sweetener or not. Remove from heat and strain into a mug or pitcher and enjoy! Chai can also be enjoyed over ice.
