Shipping Policy

I ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as you order. In general, please allow 2-3 business days to allow processing time.

When placing your order, I consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date.

• Order processing time: the amount of time it takes me to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 3 days.

• Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave my home and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

• Orders only ship on business days, which are Mondays-Fridays

• All expedited orders require a street address

• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes

• Shipping available to 49 US states, Alaska is the exclusion.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

I currently do not process international purchases or shipping.

WHOLESALE PURCHASES

For first time domestic or international wholesale customers, I accept payments via Bank Wire Transfer (IBAN/BIC) via Proforma Invoice only, regardless of the quantity of your order. I look forward to a long partnership with you but until the trust is built up I won’t take any payment method that can result in a chargeback for me as a micro business owner. A confirmation of your business will need to be done using 2 of any the asks below AND and the business’ legal documents to conduct business in your respective country will be requested.
