Return Policy
We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, however, due to the organic + perishable nature of our teas, herbs… we do not accept returns. If you have purchased a candle and it arrives damaged, we offer an exchange or replacement product while we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier that we use, i.e. UPS. Chillology does not take responsibility for goods that arrive damaged, once it leaves our location, it is now in the care of the courier service. We ensure that we package all items carefully before shipping to minimize/prevent damages and ask that “FRAGILE” be noted on any package to alert the courier handlers.
How do I Get An Exchange or Refund?
Get in touch by sending us an email to chillology.tearoom@gmail.com. In this email, include your name, email address, order # and your reason for wanting an exchange. In the event of the item being damaged upon arriving to you, you may ask for an exchange. Refunds are processed for specific reasons. Please take photos of the damaged item in it’s packaging and attach said photos to your email, we use this photo evidence to file a claim with the courier.
Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
