Harvested in Saugerties New York, By Thompson’s Autumn Harvest Honey is sticky, sweet and good. Dahlias, Peonies, Gladiolus, and Sunflowers were the major nectar rich producing flowers that the bees fed on from mid-summer to early Autumn to produce this deep golden honey . Packed with trace pollens, propolis and live enzymes that makes it a good choice for a nutritive sweetener.

Bees are the amazing, golden animals that do benevolent work. Their lifespan is so short, but in their lifetime, they dedicate themselves to the thriving of the colony. Our number one pollinators and honey producers. Good busy, yielding sweet reward in the form of honey.

By Thompson’s honey is ideal for light teas, as an addition to your yogurt, in baking and more! Do not feed to children under one years old.

FUN FACT

Honey does not go bad. Most honey will crystallize over time, meaning you can't see through it anymore, and it becomes less liquid and more solid... It means the honey you bought is raw and of the finest quality.

While honey is certainly a super-food, it isn't supernatural–if you leave it out, unsealed in a humid environment, it will spoil. As long as the lid stays on it and no water is added to it, honey will not go bad.
