Jamaican Native Molasses Honey
Jamaican Native Molasses Honey
Description
Harvested in Jamaica, this dark copper-colored rich honey is quite unique in that this is the first batch of honey received from the apiary with a color, scent and flavor that closely mimics that of Molasses (hence it’s name). By Thompson’s Molasses honey is packed with trace pollens, propolis and live enzymes that makes it a good choice for a nutritive sweetener.
Ingredients
100% raw, pure, and minimally filtered honey.
How To Use
By Thompson’s honey is ideal for robust black tea, and coffee, as an addition to your yogurt, in baking and more! Do not feed to children under one years old.
FUN FACT
Honey does not go bad. Most honey will crystallize over time, meaning you can't see through it anymore, and it becomes less liquid and more solid... It means the honey you bought is raw and of the finest quality.
While honey is certainly a super-food, it isn't supernatural–if you leave it out, unsealed in a humid environment, it will spoil. As long as the lid stays on it and no water is added to it, honey will not go bad
