Ingredients:

black tea, Oil of Bergamot, Calendula flowers, Corn flowers, Vanilla flavor from natural vanilla beans and oils.

How To Prepare

1. Add 2 grams of tea to an infuser, or straight into an 8-oz. mug.

2. Pour the heated water into the mug.

3. Steep for 3-5 minutes.

4. Strain tea leaves, or take out the infuser.

5. Enjoy your mug of goodness with milk/milk alternative
