Detox Teas? Yea, there's no such thing.

A good ole bowel movement and urinating are all we need in the way of daily cleanse. Seriously.

If you are ever told that a specific (or in general) tea or herbal blend can treat ailment, regulate your bodily systems (hormone regulation), or cure a disease, be wary. Be careful of products that makes general health claims, because health is

Frankly, our body is a badass piece of machine that takes care of you, if you take care of it, ridding us of metabolic toxins/waste or any unintentional toxin or poisonous substance we may have been exposed to via ingestion, inhalation or injection. Depending of the route of the chemical, the dose and length of time of exposure, your body will need help in detoxing you, this is where mechanical assistance, such as pumping the stomach comes in.
